Menus will show free memory, battery level, clock, date, and open-apps count (some menus block additions); click for garbage collection, erase caches, deep recovery, view log, automatic recovery and log erasing options.
For example:

:: Open Apps 5
Click memory reading for instant memory recovery, free flash, deeper options (see screenshot).
If the battery is too-hot or too-cold, that's noted by the reading.
Choose which items to see, tweak position in menu, temperature F or C, time 12 or 24-hour.

If "Meters" is installed, clicking battery reading opens detailed system meters.
If "What's Running in My Phone?" is installed, clicking Open Apps scans and lists invisible (background) apps.
