Mobile Media Guard is an application that is downloaded onto your child’s smartphone. It will run on your child’s phone and will continuously sweep the phone, searching for any new media files SAVED to the device. After you have set up your account, and registered for the service and then downloaded Mobile Media Guard, you will be able to view, via a secured website, any photos, videos, or other media taken by your child’s smartphone.

If you have multiple children, you will be able to view each child's media on your account page but each child’s phone will need to be registered and have its own subscription. Your child will know that the application is on the phone, but it will not affect how your child’s phone operates. If the application is deleted or disabled for any reason, you will receive an email notification, as well as a notification on your account page, indicating that the application is not working. You can then address the situation with your child as you see fit. If the application is permanently deleted from your child’s phone, and you wish to continue the service, just download it again, at no cost to you, and your service will continue for the remainder of your subscription period.
The media will be available for you to view on your account for up to 15 days. After you view the media, you can delete it from your account.
From time to time, we will update the application. When the application is updated, you will receive the new features for free (THERE ARE NO ADDITIONAL REGISTRATION FEES). All you need to do to get the benefit of the new features is use your child's phone to download the latest version of the application from the application store.
