New Loan Calculator: is designed to find monthly payments based on a loan amount, loan term and interest rate. After calculation you can also get the amortization table by pushing the "Report" button.
Refinance Calculator: is designed to find monthly payments based on a loan amount, loan term and interest rate, and compare the new monthly payment to the compared one. The monthly payment difference between the new and old monthly payments is also provided.
Interest Rate Comparison: is designed to compare two interest rates and to find out the payment differences between them based on loan amount, loan term and interest rate.
Point Comparison: helps you to see the differences between two buy-down point options. Enter the points to be paid for each scenario. Application provides you an estimate of how long it will take to recoup extra point payments with lower interest rate savings.
