Answers to Reviews:
To save power, just set it as charging monitor and turn the screensaver off, or set hold time to 0 for shortest display time. Turn pulsating backlight off, set backlight brightness to 10, and turn off gestures to lock it there. Turning off extra display options such as the peripheral items will save some power also. Unfortunately, the keyboard light can't be turned off by 3rd-party apps, which is the main problem since that cannot be dimmed, either.
